GOALS:

The aim of the position is to

  • Management of all Human Resources needs of the company whilst adhering to the related company policies
  • Ensure sufficient cash funding for business operation, lead, prepare and review rolling cash forecasts.
  • Secure sufficient transparency, safety, 4 eyes principles, in daily transactions. Be economical, efficient in cash management to avoid any waste on remitting/transfer.
  • Organization of administrative work.
  • Accounting tasks.
  • Existing rules and regulations are to be observed

MAIN TASK

Main tasks HR (90%)

  • Recruit staff based on the requirements of various departments.
  • Company regulations (Employee Handbook, Attendance Regulation ). Clearly communicate company rules to all staff.
  • Keep close contact with relevant government departments to assure that the company implemented HR policies are in line with relevant legislation of Vietnam.
  • Management on Employment contract.
  • Make a training budget based on the needs of the various departments.
  • Payroll calculation, insurance, PIT handlings
  • Execute disciplinary measures if requested by various departments.
  • Arrange company activities to maintain a positive working climate.
  • Keep uptodate information of the rules and policy for foreign staff to obtain the relevant work permit.

Main tasks Cashier & Accounting (10%)

  • Postings for all bank account transactions, reconciliation with bank account statements monthly.
  • Finance plan, Investment cash flow forecast if necessary.
  • Account receivables foreign currency declaration.
  • Check payment stuff for import goods/services. Prepare payment online or on the counter.
  • Monthly reports by bank accounts.
  • Plan for weekly payment, moreover for important/urgent payment. Prepare a Finance plan.
  • Management for intercompany loan, Coba loan, capital loan if there are.
  • Annual inspection of Account opening license.
  • Issue tax invoices by billing, delivery note and other information.
  • Verify VAT in tax system, tax declaration.
  • Print and file financial documents.
  • Support for administration tasks.
  • Other tasks from the immediate supervisor.

1. Education (Degree)

  • Required: Bachelor Degree

2. Skills**- Excellent communications skills Able to work under pressure

  • Able to understand the needs of white collar and blue collar workers
  • Advanced English language skills

3. Work experience

  • Required: 35 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To carry out the tasks listed in paragraph 8 in an orderly, independent, punctual, and rational manner using the

  • The work must be carried out observing the prevailing environmental, work, and fire prevention regulations, both general and company specific.

AUTHORIZATION:

  • The employee has access to all data required for the performance of his/her duties and is authorized to take those actions necessary to carry out his/her duties.

DUTY OF INFORMATION:

  • Immediate information on deviations from the task to the supervisor and the immediate coworkers. (Early Warning System)

MISCELLANEOUS:

  • Authorization of signature due to companies rules and regulations.
  • Ensure to keep sensitive information from others. Keep place of work in good condition.
