- Đảm bảo dự án khi thực hiện và kết thúc đạt được 3 mục tiêu:

- Chất lượng.
- Thời gian.
- Chi phí.
- Đào tạo kĩ năng cho Supervisor & Phỏng vấn viên và đảm bảo thực hiện theo đúng qui trình công ty đề ra.
- Đưa ra các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu suất công việc khi thực hiện dự án.
**II. VAI TRÒ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH (Role & key responsible)**:
**1 Nhiệm vụ, chức năng chính (Main duties & function)**:

- Chịu trách nhiệm tuyển mộ và xây dựng đội ngũ team (Supervisor & Phỏng vấn viên) tại các địa phương được phân công quản lý.
- Có khả năng triển khai đáp ứng theo đúng tiến độ và chất lượng dự án yêu cầu với đội ngũ Supervisor & Phỏng vấn viên được tuyển mộ
- Ý thức tốt trong việc chấp hành qui định công ty đề ra trong quản lý dự án xuống đến các cấp bậc nhân viên phòng ban
- Gắn kết xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, hòa đồng, phát triển dành nhân viên phòng ban.
- Hình thức xử lý ngăn chặn kịp thời các cá nhân không nghiêm túc, không đảm bảo tốt về qui định thực hiện dự án (chất lượng, thời gian, chi phí)
- Không ngừng đào tạo và nhân bản ra các ứng viên phòng ban FW tốt đáp ứng công việc công ty đề ra.
- Trao đổi tương tác thường xuyên các phòng ban khác nhằm để hiểu và thực hiện tốt hơn, đạt được kết quả tốt trong công việc chung của công ty.
**2 Đào tạo và phát triển (Training & development)**:

- Quản lý quota cho dự án được giao.
- Giám sát việc thực hiện công việc của nhân viên trong nhóm (hướng dẫn nhân viên thực hiện phỏng vấn bảng câu hỏi, giám sát quá trình thực hiện phỏng vấn, kiểm tra chất lượng của các BCH đã phỏng vấn).
- Tổng kết dự án và tính lương cho phỏng vấn viên.

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng / đại học [ưu tiên cho các chuyên ngành Marketing / Kinh tế / Thương Mại / PR / Báo chí]
- Tiếng Anh tốt
- Có kiến thức / hiểu biết về logic học
- Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng
- Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản lý Fieldwork ở công ty nghiên cứu thị trường.
