WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

A Senior Office Operations is the main responsible person for providing services quality of the Office Operations section and is often required to manage more than one task at a time typical activities include:
1. Office Operation (90%)
- Support, guide and final review daily tasks of members of the office operations team
- Be the primary contact with the landlord and vendors to ensure requirements meet in service quality, security and safety
- Monitor the building, work station condition, work environment status closely; execute maintenance, repair damaged equipment and machines for stable operation
- Manage and guarantee the availability of stationery and office supplies at the pantry promptly
- Actively monitor and recommend the purchase of office equipment (except IT equipment) to maintain the working environment is always clean and hygienic
- Participate in searching, evaluating suppliers/vendors and proposing cooperation to superiors.
- Ensure good operation of the service of receiving, checking and processing claim documents of premium health insurance for employees and relatives. Note problems in the process of insurance claims, propose solutions to Team Leader for approval and work with vendors to support employees solve problems. Save the issues to propose to include in the terms of the contract when re-signing the contract next year.
- Participate in building codes of office standards, guidelines, policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Participate in the projects as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Office Manager

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

- Graduated from university. Degree in related fields such as secretarial, administrative, customer service
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position, or 3-4 years of experience working in a lower position related to Administration, Office Operation, Reception or Customer Service in a foreign investment company
- English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, good prioritizing, organization and communication skills
- Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment toward completing assignments in a timely manner.
- Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open-minded, good listener, ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
- Teamwork, autonomy, carefulness, detail and customer-oriented
- Neat is required and aesthetic taste is a plus
- Being able to join soon would be preferable
