**Senior Operation Executive**

**What the day will look like**

**Role Overview**:

- Responsible for Operation aspect including but not limited to data management/analysis, account booking.
- Produce and implement high quality reporting and insights to advise our internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions which are typically guided by operational practices, management precedents and professional standards.
- Execute strategies per the policy/protocol in area of Operation.

- Control the quality of data input into E-Global including Broking module, client information
- Conduction Training on TRS for end-users periodically;
**System** Administration**
- ** Aon Connect**:

- Weekly review all pipeline activities to ensure user compliance on
- Opportunity value
- Close date
- Effective date
- Stage versus probability.
- Check the close won in Aon Connect versus Actual in Eglobal on monthly basis
- Implement the Global/Regional projects, if any
- Training new and existing staff, if and when required Quarterly “refresher” course
- Ensure Aon Connect is updated for monthly sales conference
- Be responsible for everything sales data related, from tracking goals and handling sales workflows to create pipeline visibility and building forecast.
- **E Global**:

- User / input quality management
- Training where required
- ** Qlikview**:

- Data report generation where required for both Clients and Insurance Markets
- ** Development support**:

- Undertake research requests for Aon Bangalore
- LMP: research databases as required
- Record Non-negotiable items and follow up if needed on monthly basis
- Arrange monthly team meetings and prepare the agenda/content
- Prepare income report analysis

**Operational Excellence**
- Typically possess demonstrable business experience (or equivalent), as well as in-depth knowledge of Operation.
- Uses knowledge and business acumen to provide consultative advice and recommendations within Operation area.
- Operates independently and with initiative according to established standards and principles.
- Ensure the non-negotiable items including AABG, TRS, Commission Variance Reduction, Aon’s Contracts to be executed and meet the KPIs
- Undertake other tasks as might be delegated by supervisor

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- University Degree and above
- At least 03-year experience at Operation/Data Management role, preferably in Insurance Sector
- Good English command
- Good Communication skills, sound team spirit.
- Proficient in MS Office & Data Management
