- Relocation service for the Expats as Working with vendor to do Work Permit, Visa, etc
- Business trip support (Flight/hotel/Visa) for CEO
- Support, coordinate with team to organize/ support the internal events.
- Handle office admin payment requests and expense reports.
- Vendor Management: liaise and manage service providers (vendors) concerning administration issues.
- Manage and arrange office devices, assets, meeting rooms as required by Line Manager
- Serve Coffee/ Food as BOD requirements
- Other ad hoc task per assigned by Line Manager
