We are looking for an **Operations Intern.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Operational Support**
- Take detailed notes and recap meetings effectively, ensuring all key points and action items are clearly documented.
- Prepare and organize files, reports, and documents as directed by the line manager.
- Assist with assigned tasks and projects to support the daily operations of the team.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assignments.

**Administrative Assistance**
- Provide general administrative support as required by the line manager.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of operational documents and files.

**Marketing Support**
- Support and coordinate marketing initiatives for YNAM, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Assist the line manager in drafting, refining, and reviewing internal and external marketing materials, including articles, presentations, and promotional content
- Support for arrangements of networking events, seminars, workshops as relevant.

**Report to**:Senior Operations Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting/finance/HR or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Good organization and communications skills
- Ability to work & adapt to the environment of a fast-paced entrepreneurial company.
- Cautious, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Be trusted, adaptable and supportive.
- Understanding of the media/influencer marketing field is a big plus.
