**About the Role**
- We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Intern to support our day-to-day growth execution tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys repetitive work, can follow clear instructions, and wants to be part of an ambitious team building an innovative HR tech product.
- You’ll help us scale our growth efforts by carrying out operational tasks across job platforms, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other outreach channels. While the types of tasks may vary, they are always straightforward and process-based, with clear metrics and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out **high-volume, repeatable tasks** that support our growth and outreach efforts
- Sharing pre-written content or messages with target audiences
- Follow detailed instructions and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain records of completed tasks using spreadsheets or internal tools
- Report key numbers weekly (e.g., volume of posts, responses, engagement)
- Support minor content edits (e.g., updating a template, changing text fields)
- Flag unusual responses or performance trends to the team
- Perform other admin tasks related to growth or outreach as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills in English (Vietnamese is a plus)
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, or willing to learn quickly
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet consistent daily/weekly goals
- Access to a computer and stable internet connection
- No prior experience required — we provide clear guidelines and training
