Algorithmics - The International Coding School - teaches programming to students from 5 to 17 years old. At Algorithmics, students will be taught how to command technology and develop essential soft skills of the 21st Century - empowering them to have their choice of professions-of-the-future.

Job Purpose:

At the heart of our operations is
Odoo
, an integrated business management platform that connects all departments into one unified system. We use Odoo to manage student data, class schedules, teacher assignments, enrollments, renewals, and operational reports. It enables data accuracy, workflow automation, and real-time visibility across Sales, Customer Service, Academic, and Finance teams - ensuring that every department works in sync.

A. Key accountabilities

Support data accuracy by updating and verifying student, teacher, and course information in Odoo under supervision.

Assist in monitoring daily operations in Odoo, ensuring lesson schedules, group statuses, and attendance records are accurate.

Help prepare basic operational reports and dashboards to provide visibility for the Operations team.

Coordinate with the Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Academic teams to support data or process-related tasks in Odoo.

Assist in setting up new courses, groups, and class schedules in the system.

Support troubleshooting by documenting system or operational issues and reporting them to the Operations Executive/Manager.

Help check and maintain compliance with internal SOPs in daily operational workflows.

Participate in periodic data reviews to ensure consistency. 

B. Qualifications


Current university students in Year 2, 3, or 4 (preferably majoring in Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields).
Can start ASAP


Available to work full time (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm)

Good command of English

Ability to work under supervision and collaboratively in a dynamic team
