**Accountabilities**:
AG Officer (Fund Operations) takes the stand to be cause in the matter for Mekong Capital to have a **satisfied and loyal LP base** through a **world-class fund operations**, which will enable the **sustainable future of Mekong Capital** in the journey of reinventing Private Equity.

Reporting to the AG Manager, the AG Officer (Fund Operations) is responsible for independently performing the AG activities at the highest productivity level and a large scale, with the highest level of integrity, under medium supervision.

**Fund Operations include but not limited to the following**:
**1. Bank payment**:

- All monthly payment & ad-hoc payments of Funds are settled timely and accurately.
- All the expenses are within budget and correct billings, supporting documents have to be in place before settlement.

**2. Investment disbursement**:
Coordinate the investment disbursement and divestment activities of the Funds
- The AG Officer is responsible for review the Conditions of Completion and approving the transfer of money for any new investments before approved by the AG Manager. In order to do this, the AG Officer shall need to refer to the conditions specified in the ISA or other agreements signed by the funds and investee companies. This is to ensure that the funds will only transfer the money when all the Conditions for Completion are met. It also helps to mitigate the risks of negligence by Mekong Capital when performing its fiduciary duties.
- The AG Officer is responsible to coordinate for a smooth sales proceeds receipt for the Fund in exits. This includes but not limited to ensuring the Fund is fully complied with all legal & compliance requirements in receiving sales proceeds, tax obligations in Vietnam and any other relevant jurisdictions, settling divestment-related expenses before repatriating offshore for distribution.

**3. Distributions**:
Manage the full process of distributions to the investors of the Funds.

**4. Capital call**:
Manage the full process of capital call of the Funds. The AG Officer is responsible for coordinating, reviewing and coordinating all relevant steps and documents to ensure a smooth, accurate and timely capital calls and distribution process.

**5. Cashflow management & projection**:
**6. Audit/Accounting process**:
Manage the full process of auditing of the Funds.
- Issue invoices for Management Fees;
- Track and reimburse expenses of Fund meetings;
- Instruct payments;
- Coordinate for income receiving;
- Coordinate audits of the Fund to ensure a clean audit report is delivered within 110 days from the year-end.

**7. NAV Process**:
Coordinate for the quarterly revaluations of investee companies;
- Review the official quarterly NAV Statement prepared by the Fund Administrator; and
- Provide NAV/fund performance data to the relevant people, including shareholders, tracking organizations

**8. Tax related matter**:
All the tax obligations of the Funds must be fulfilled timely and accurately.
- Schedule K-1 and FATCA/CRS filing are fulfilled.
- Regulatory matters for the Funds in Vietnam.

**9. Services Providers**:
Effectively dealing with the Funds service providers such as fund administration, custodian, auditors, brokers, and others from time to time (this includes negotiating with them from time to time for the best possible quotes for the Funds where relevant).

**10. Others Admin matters**:
All other matter related to Fund Operations must be delivered timely, accurately, and efficiently from time to time.

**11. Other responsibilities**:
The AG Officer is responsible for taking on other medium tasks as assigned by the AG Director from time to time.

**What you will need?**:
**Working Experience**:

- Has at least 5-7 years working experience General Accountant, Senior Accounting & Tax Advisor.
- Detail-oriented
- Matured: Know what you wants, calm, confidence, Not afraid to speak up to senior people
- Well-organized: like planning in advance, structured, Proactive
- Good at Communication: clear, concise
- Authenticity: willing to show emotions, vulnerability
- English: intermediate
