Sea Logistics Operational Care Team Leader

- ** Your Role **:You are responsible to work at CFS - Container Freight Station warehouse in Hai Phong province, to plan the inbound/outbound CFS shipments, outbound customs and arrange trucking.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead the CFS document team (inbound/outbound) to deliver the assigned tasks to meet KPIs & customer & management’s expectation.
- Align with SGN/HAN OPS team for shipment planning and make sure inbound/outbound planning will be ready on daily basis for CFS operations.
- Align with vendors to arrange inbound cargo delivery with full visibility of transportation flow for our smooth cargo receiving & to solve the Overstock, Short-shipped, Damaged cargo & docs mismatch issues, etc.
- Daily coordinate with CFS manager for smooth floor operations & achieve the best productivity.
- Manage the outbound customs to ensure timely docs submission & customs seals available before container loading completion.
- Coordinate with Landlord/Customs service provider to ensure smooth customs process for outbound cargos.
- Responsible for CFS data including scanning system, inbound, outbound, and inventory.
- Responsible for CFS reports including product volume, team productivity, customer KPIs.
- Maintain team work & productive & efficient working environment.
- Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost savings.
- Assist CFS Manager in other tasks to achieve excellent operations.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- Having at least 2 years working experience in Warehouse operation and customs process area.
- Having leadership experience is a plus.
- Having good knowledge of warehouse system process.
- Good at communication, interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, people caring, careful, good usage of Microsoft program (Word, Excel)
- Good command of English.
