We are looking for a motivated BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR to to promote company brand, product & service to current and talents client in order to implement of new programs and protocols for refine Mango‘s service innovation. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: 80% New Sales Target Achievement: Ensure company‘s target by establishing business development strategy, marketing activation, industry engagement & partnership. Build relationships with new clients to collaborate with Acc, Planning, Creative teams to win clients. Maintain Up Sales Clients: Support Acc team based on request to maintain strong connection with current clients if any. Commercialize company‘s method/product: Working with company‘s stakeholders and YNG‘s stakeholders to build up methodology Establish strategy, marketing activity, industry partnership to sell company‘s methodology with internal team MARKETING MANAGEMENT: 20% Define marketing & branding strategy to achieve the company‘s annual business objectives. B2B marketing campaigns roll out & execute leads. Work Relation: - Internal: Mango Digital: Account Department, Creative Department, Media Team, Planning members. Other Business Units in YouNet Group: YouNet Media, Buzzmetrics, YouNet AM, Fanscom - External: Clients, Third Party, Partnership,... Report to: Managing Director Promotion: Business Director REQUIREMENTS Experience: At least 7 years experience in marketing field or related position (Account, Client Partnership,...) Previous market research exposure is an advantage Any other experience to prove that you can do the job well Knowledge: Experience in many industries such as: dairy, FMCG, F&B, insurance, smartphones, digital wallet, banking, electronics, home appliances, etc. Skill: Excellent English communication skills Experience & knowledge in renewable energy, B2B, project sales is highly desirable Strong sales skills and good knowledge of the marketing market Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis to meet with clients Good analytical ability and teamwork skills Self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate initiative Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and meet timelines Personality: Entrepreneurship, can-do attitude Data-driven decision making Positive thinking BENEFITS 13th month salary, annual bonus.
