**Job Description**:
**JOB PURPOSE**

As a Market & Business Intelligence Manager, the position will be responsible in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic planning for Vaccines BU, based on the understanding of internal & external insights.

The position will lead the development and implementation of market & business intelligence initiatives specific to the vaccine industry for all aspects of business with the purpose to gain competitiveness, to identify market trends & opportunities, and to enhance operational efficiency.

The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., Sales, CO, DDnA, SFE, Marketing, Key Account, Finance, etc.) from both inside and outside the company (regional teams, market research agencies, etc.) to collect data, do analysis, visualize report, identify actionable insights, propose recommendations, and drive for decision making.

**PRIMARY ACTIVITIES**

**BUSINESS ANALYSIS, SOLUTIONS, & ACTIONS (50%)**:

- Frequently collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary data, reporting, analysis, and insights to draw full pictures of Vaccines business, to highlight actionable insights, business opportunities, & root causes together with recommendations for business decision making by a systematic approach
- Have a holistic analysis to measure the effectiveness of business initiatives and activities from marketing campaigns, key account campaigns, business development campaigns, etc. which will serve for prompt action/adjustment or future planning.
- Assist BUD and BU Leadership team and work closely with relevant stakeholders (i.e, Finance, MKT, Medical Affairs, etc.) to drive for the success of forecasting period, business reporting, business revision, strategic planning by proposing timeline for all relevant teams to have appropriate data, analysis, etc.; consolidating, collecting, justifying, & studying data & analysis; analyzing holistic picture of business; building reports, presentation decks; getting alignments with relevant stakeholders, BUD, & BU Leadership team; and presenting;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business intelligence initiatives with organizational goals
- Based on aligned/approved action plans and business intelligence initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bringing those actions into reality and measuring the effectiveness of those actions

**MARKET INTELLIGENCE (40%)**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of the vaccine industry landscape, market trends, and competitive intelligence by collecting data from available industry reports, public information, field reports (SFE report, field visit ), or sales data
- Provide actionable insights to senior management and key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, market positioning, and commercial strategy
- Collaborate with regional & global teams to build and execute market research plans aligned to in-line & pipeline portfolio objectives, deliver primary and secondary research from multiple sources distilling key insights to provide an aligned and consistent view of the market
- Study business models, new updates, and business best practices from outside - Vaccines Market, Pharma Industry, FMCG industries, etc. to give recommendations to BUD and BU Leadership team for taking opportunities, enhancing business model and operational efficiency, mitigating potential risks, etc.

**OTHER WORKS ASSIGNED BY BUD AND COLLABORATING WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS (10%)**:

- Data Analysis and Visualization: Independently or collaborate with the CFT to utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large and complex datasets, uncovering patterns, trends, and insights. Develop visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Consolidate & justify all vaccines promotional & revenue forecast.
- Develop the financial/ trade promotion program, monitor its performance, and suggest suitable actions.
- E2E supply chain optimization for top accounts.
- Forecasting and Demand Planning: Work closely with the marketing team to develop accurate demand forecasts for vaccine products. Use historical data, market trends, and external factors to create reliable forecasting models and support E2E supply chain optimization.

**REQUIREMENT**

**_ Desired Experience/Education: _**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Data Science, or Business Administration, Finance. A master's degree or MBA is advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, business analyst, market intelligence, business/strategy consulting or a related role regarding the healthcare industry (Understanding of vaccines industry is advantage)
