As** Business Intelligence (BI) Manager**, you will Thelp GSK to have best quality in performance measurement and insight gathering from internal and external data to support profitable growth agenda of LOC and Emerging markets. You also develop, implement, and support analytics and business intelligence requirements to provide a scientific approach to the shaping of the overall strategic plan of the company.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Prepare insightful analysis in support of the LOC Leadership Team and commercial business units to influence executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develope, implement and maintain effective reporting, planning and analytical capability to provide the LOC Leadership Team and commercial business units with tools to establish goals and measure performance of various commercial units. Develope and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company commercial and financial performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources and tools.
- Be responsible for selecting the appropriate research methodologies or integrating internal and external data sources to deliver business insights and brand performance forecast accuracy.
- Support execution of above country ad hoc market research as “Perception Study”; VoC to LOC implementation.
- Monitor overall company performance and escalating important information to the LOC Leadership Team and commercial business units to support business decision-making, allowing issues to be addressed in a timely and constructive manner.
- Be business owner and responsibility for LOC market research conduct in LOC to ensure compliance, insightful and effectiveness.
- Construct and review other ad-hoc and standardized reports required to aid senior management in decision-making.
- Develop, review and assess the impact of strategic commercial initiatives of Pharmaceutical and Vaccines business units. Communicating foreseen risks and opportunities to commercial counterparts and partnering to address risks/ exploit opportunities.
- Publish identified key metrics to track performance of individual brands/ commercial units and their contribution to achieving total corporate targets to allow accountability and responsibility for results.
- Conduct training modules designed to enhance commercial and financial acumen across the organization and achieve alignment between finance and commercial objectives.
- Comply with company SOPs and Policies.
- Ensure the completeness and validity of all contracts, agreements, and other forms of documentation related to the management of internal processes and resources such as external service providers, data subscription, ad-hoc services, market research, and others.
- Manage and monitoring budget of BI to drive optimal and effective utilization.

- Self-learning skill and good adaptation with new environment or new business requirement.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office, in particular MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements:
Relevant to the role, but not critical/essential
- Use of ADP tools and techniques
- Effective networking and coordination across different functions
- Deep BI knowledge and management capabilities required to ensure high standards.
- Also needed is the ability to spot and manage multiple interdependencies and future trends affecting the performance measurement.
- This role requires high personal impact supported by the ability to navigate smoothly and influence across a broad range of stakeholders.
