**About the Team**:

- We are looking for talented Business Intelligence people to join the Shopee VN BI FP&A team. In this position, he/she will have the opportunity to dig deep into Shopee data, translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative and learn from the decision making process and strategy execution in a leading e-commerce company.- This position is particularly challenging and stimulating since he/she will work directly with some of the smartest people I know to solve e-commerce problems in Vietnam's highly strategic, fast-growing market.- Take lead in driving improvement initiatives alongside Local and Regional teams in budget planning process, management reporting and budget optimization- Consult business stakeholders (e.g. Business Development, Campaign, etc) to run analyses that lead to actionable Insights to effectively grow the business.- Actively involved in budget review/approval process with business leaders, consult them in decision making from Finance perspective with solid data and analysis- Build and maintain strategic relationships with a variety of different stakeholders, working together with them to prepare in advance levers to optimize/scale up spending of various projects to adapt with fast-growing nature of the company- Be actively involved in guiding and defining business strategies and our investment plans with business leaders**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of industry experience with proven business impact; degree in quantitative field preferred- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business - both on a macro-level and a micro-level- Knowledge in Finance/Planning processes, systems with strong organizational and project management skills- Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can do attitude- Advance Excel skill with knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivots. Knowing statistical programming language (Python, R) to manipulate and draw insights from large data set is a plus- Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese- Ability to manage stakeholders from across the organization
