**Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities**:
**Plan and Conduct Sales Digitalization Strategy**
- Partner in delivery of Budgeting Control, Target Setting : monitoring Performance of Sales team for all category and Channels through top to bottom level of sales organization. Plug-in and adopt new digital initiatives into Digital Transformation journey to improve business agility and productivity
- Lead development of Annual Operating Plan for Sales Digital and Analytics : Provide inputs and contribute to Sales Operation AOP Plan. Responsible for planning the functional vision, culture and championing for Data Driven in assisting decision making process.
- Digital Strategy, Planning and Execution : Create brief, develop and manage the execution of Sales digital project to ensure function strategy is in-tune and aligned with department and company Annual Operational Plan. Conduct and lead on-field research to access sales team capability of adopting new IT-related initiatives and report using both qualitative and quantitative research methodology.

**Lead in Data Driven and Analytics**
- effect relationships and make conclusions to stakeholders.
- Responsible for management and long-term prioritization of the sales overall analytical needs and opportunities
- Provide sales insight for all channels, including external market research panel insight to the sales team. Provide management oversight new launch of digital tools and analytics dashboard. Develop recommendations and summary for all channels on Assortment, Pricing, Cross sales, Up Sales. Provide sales insight for all channels, including external market research panel insight to the sales team

**Project Management**
- Co-lead as Country SPOC for Regional-initiated project related to Digital tools and Business Intelligence to make sure follow global standard
- Proactive to manage oversight new launch of digital tools and analytics dashboard
- Managing relationship with key external vendors and partner to deliver projects and maintain service level up to KC standard

**Business Scope**:

- The SSBI Manager will manage day to day Sales Supported Functions, Trade, RTM, Efficiency team, sales team 160 pax (including Sales Director), and distributor team 720 SFA User, 160 Admin, Marketing team, Customer Service team, Regional ITS
- The SSBI Manager also manage Indochina, Digital & ECOM data & analysis and other Sales innovation initiatives

**Main areas of responsibility**:Sales opportunities / improvements analysis projects, Route-to-market analysis, Incentive and payroll analysis, Performance & Target analysis, Distributor Investment and ROI analysis, Product assortment and portfolio analysis, VMI analysis

This position reports to the Business Operation Lead.

**Essential Requirements**:
Required Bachelor’s Degree. MBA and other higher degree is an advantage but not required.

At least **5-7-year** experience in similar roles of other FMCG company, IT firms that covers similar role and responsible

English is a must and required

Deep understanding of sales, customer support, partner management professional services and marketing processes and tools.
Adept in facilitating planning sessions to define business objectives, requirements and processes.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and build trust across the organization.
Proactively communicates issues and risks and escalate conflicts, proposing options for resolution
Excellent listening skills to understand and interpret stakeholder responses and ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties
Must be a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, customer centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business
