- Chịu trách nhiệm chung về các hoạt động hành chính nhân sự của doanh nghiệp với quy mô 70 -100 người.
- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến tuyển dụng nhân sự.
- Quản lý và chuẩn bị hợp đồng lao động cho tất cả nhân viên, bao gồm các dịch vụ thuê ngoài và thời vụ.
- Chấm công, kiểm soát dữ liệu lương, thưởng, đãi ngộ cho nhân viên.
- Chuẩn bị các quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng nhân viên.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác theo dõi hoạt động của nhân sự, xác định các trường hợp cần cảnh cáo, kỷ luật và buộc thôi việc theo Quy định của Luật Lao Động.
- Thương lượng với người lao động trong các trường hợp cần xử lý liên quan đến Luật Lao động.
- Tổng hợp đánh giá nhân sự của các bộ phận, lập báo cáo thường kỳ và đột xuất.
- Lưu giữ và tổng hợp đánh giá định kỳ, đánh giá hằng năm.
- Lập báo cáo đánh giá cuối kỳ, xác định mức lương người lao động, thực hiện các công tác thương lượng về mức lương vào các kỳ điều chỉnh lương.
- Nhận báo cáo từ các bộ phận khác liên quan đến người lao động và giải quyết các vấn đề nếu có.
- Quản lý nhân sự, giải quyết quan hệ lao động, phát triển văn hóa doanh nghiệp.
- Thực hiện các công tác hành chính như tổ chức, lưu trữ toàn bộ các hệ thống công văn, giấy tờ, hợp đồng, tài liệu liên quan

**Job Description:

- General responsibility for the administrative and personnel activities of the enterprise with scale of 70 - 100 peoples.
- Recruitment.
- Manage and prepare contracts for all employees, including outsourced and freelance services;
- Attendance, control of salary, bonus and remuneration data for employees.
- Prepare employee quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to monitor the activities of personnel, identify cases of warnings, discipline and forced dismissal in accordance with the Labor Code.
- Negotiate with employees in cases of dealing with the Labor Law.
- Prepare the final evaluation report, determine the salary of employees, and perform the negotiation work on the salary in the salary review time.
- Receive reports from other departments related to employees and resolve issues if any.
- Human resource management, settlement of labor relations, development of corporate culture.
- Implement administrative tasks: Organize and archive all systems of official documents, contracts and related documents
- General assessment of personnel of the department, prepare regular and irregular reports as required.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bằng đại học về chuyên ngành Quản lý nhân sự / Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.
- Có kiến thức làm việc tốt về các Quy định lao động / Việc làm, thực tiễn & chính sách nhân sự tại Việt Nam.
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nhân sự.
- Hiểu biết về Pháp luật lao động, BHXH.
- Đã từng thực hiện quản lý nhân sự theo quy trình quản lý, đánh giá và báo cáo chuyên nghiệp
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Kiến trúc hoặc các ngành nghề liên quan.
- Kỹ năng quản lý con người hiệu quả.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, cả viết và nói.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng và kỹ năng chuẩn bị báo cáo có liên quan.
- Hiểu biết về công đoàn có liên quan và quan hệ doanh nghiệp / nhân viên nói chung.
- Tổ chức tốt, chủ động, thái độ tích cực, thích nghi và linh hoạt.
- Mong muốn gắn bó lâu dài.
- Thông thạo tiếng Anh.

**Job Requirements
- University Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business administration or related filed.
- Good working knowledge of Labor/Employment regulations & HR practices & policies in Vietnam.
- As least 5 years’ experience in HR General.
- Understanding of Labor Legislation, Social Insurance
- Experience working in Architecture field or related companies.
- Effective people management skills.
- Strong communicate skills, both written and speaking
- Excellent communication with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
