Job Scope:
Assist for HR Manager in running all activities of HR Department by managing and coordinating within HR Department and other departments in organization.
a) Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, counseling, and disciplining staff;
b) Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; developing action plans; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
c) Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
d) Reviews payrolls and other related tasks.
e) Coach and mentor subordinators to reach the deadline with the quality.
f) Process Work Permit and TRC for expats.
g) Oversee HR events and meeting and coordinating management-employee communications.
h) Other tasks by HR Manager.

- Female, must have at least 5 years of experiences in the same position, used to work for Real estate company is preferred.
- Must have experience in Work permit and TRC
- Good command of English.
- Good personality, good communication skills.
- Organized, Integrity, can do attitude.
- Expertise of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point )
