Job summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Generalist
to join our team. This role will be responsible for Compensation & Benefits, and External & Internal Networks, Legal, and Administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and be able to work independently while collaborating with different stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage employee benefits, including insurance, allowances, and other welfare programs.
- Handle social insurance, tax declarations, trade union fund and labor-related payments.
- Address employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and HR policies.
◆ External & Internal Networks, Legal, and Admin
- Support HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR documentation, contracts, and legal filings.
- Assist in HR projects and process improvements.
Your Skills and Experience
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in C&B.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in HR legal compliance and external relations.
- Knowledge of HR trends and best practices in the industry.

2. Working Environment
- Working time: Monday – Friday. We work 40 hours per week.
