1. Role Overview

The HR Generalist is responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations across payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations. This role supports employees throughout their lifecycle and contributes to a positive, professional working environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Data

  • Maintain and update employee records accurately.
  • Manage employment contracts, addendums, and termination paperwork.

Payroll & Timekeeping

  • Consolidate and verify monthly attendance data.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Handle Social Insurance, PIT, and benefits-related procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.

Recruitment

  • Source and screen candidates.
  • Arrange interviews and support hiring needs.

Reporting & HR Support

  • Prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Support training, company events, and HR policy development.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

3. Key Challenges

  • Ensuring accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee data.
  • Managing HR operations in a manufactory environment.

4. Working Relationships

Internal:
Collaborate with departments, managers, and team leads.

External:
Work with Social Insurance Agency, Tax Authority, labor authorities, and recruitment partners.

5. Qualifications

Education:
College degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:
At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a company with 100+ employees.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance, and PIT processes.

Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented, reliable, strong communication, able to work under pressure, HRBP mindset.
