Let's innovate together, turning vision into reality and challenges into strategic advantages.For more information, please check our website:II.Job Description & Responsibilities:HR Payroll (prepare excel sheets for salaries), as well as SHUI and PIT reportingHR Operation, Document keeping and matainingLabor report (1st half and 2nd half) report to the labor statusYear-end PIT finalization reporting total PIT withheldLabour, probationary and freelance contract (from 3-12 months) templatesDetails:General HR Administration:Handle daily administrative tasks to implement HR processes, such as HR data management, payroll, benefits, employee engagement, retention, and the termination process.Manage, validate, and process all payroll-related inputs, including timekeeping data, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and adjustments to ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll execution.Perform data entry and support in updating functionalities, and report any issues on internal HR software/systems. Maintain and update the HR database promptly and accurately.Receive, verify, and maintain HR documents according to management requirements.Guide and respond to employees' questions about HR matters within the scope of job responsibilities.Compensation & Benefits (C&B):Manage and administer employee benefits as part of daily HR processes, including payroll, benefits setup, tracking, and compliance to ensure employee satisfaction.Coordinate with the payroll team to assist with benefits-related inquiries from employees.Other tasks:Employee Engagement and Recognition:Collaborate with relevant departments to support the preparation and coordination of employee reward, engagement, and recognition activities.- Data Collection and Reporting:Collect, perform basic analysis, and compile HR data to prepare reports as required by regulations and management requests.- Process Improvement:Assist in reviewing and making recommendations to improve HR processes, procedures, forms, and systems to enhance service quality.- Collaborate in searching, analyzing, and recommendingmethods, best practices, and updating market trends related to Compensation & Benefits and labor relations.Perform other reasonable duties as requested.III. Job Qualifications & Requirements:Must-have:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of direct experience in Payroll Coordination, Compensation & Benefits administration.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalentNice-to-have:Experience in HR legal compliance and external relations.Knowledge of HR trends and best practices in the IT industry.IV.
