Bạn sẽ cần là người người sáng tạo và có định hướng, điều này cho phép bạn phát triển mối quan hệ lâu dài với nhân viên và ứng viên tiềm năng. Bạn cũng sẽ cảm thấy thoải mái với các con số và học hỏi được nhiều kinh nghiệm từ số liệu phân tích để làm cho quy trình của công ty nhanh chóng hơn và hiệu quả hơn.

Here's what’s in store:
HR Operations - 60%- In charge of HCM and Hanoi office Admin activitiesManage employe database and filing-
- In charge of new joiner contract and relevant doc preparation and follow up- Responsible for all document creation regarding Hanoi and HCM employees

- Phụ trách hợp đồng mới, chuẩn bị và theo dõi các tài liệu liên quan- Chịu trách nhiệm tạo mọi tài liệu liên quan đến nhân viên Hà Nội và HCM

Talent acquisition - 40%- Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activities (especially for Vietnam hiring)-
- Perform passive sourcing activities such as LinkedIn Sourcing to build up pipeline-
- Assist TA Manager to provide regular recruitment status reports and communicate the progress with departments- Assist TA Manager to initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruitment strategy

Thu hút nhân tài & Tuyển dụng - 40%- Chịu trách nhiệm về các hoạt động tuyển dụng (đặc biệt là tuyển dụng ở Việt Nam)-
- Thực hiện các hoạt động tìm nguồn ứng viên chủ động từ các kênh social network như Facebook, LinkedIn để xây dựng hệ thống-
- Hỗ trợ TA Regional cung cấp báo cáo tình trạng tuyển dụng thường xuyên và thông báo tiến độ với các phòng ban- Hỗ trợ TA Regional triển khai những thay đổi chiến lược và có thể mở rộng cho kế hoạch tuyển dụng hiện tại của chúng tôi

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- We are looking for someone who has
- Minimum qualifications- 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.-
- Experienced as a HR generalist.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.-
- Have sufficient English language skills in a professional environment.-
- A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.-
- Good grasp of technical requirements in Start-ups and internet companies.- An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.

- Trình độ tối thiểu:
- 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng full quy trình trong môi trường có nhịp độ công việc nhanh, tăng trưởng cao.-
- Có kinh nghiệm làm nhân viên hành chính tổng hợp & nhân sự.-
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng lời nói và văn bản tốt, kết hợp thích hợp với tính chuyên nghiệp và thân thiện.-
- Có đủ kỹ năng tiếng Anh trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp.-
- Có tư duy cầu tiến và thực sự linh hoạt. Bạn có thể thay đổi nhiệm vụ và ưu tiên khi hoàn cảnh thay đổi.-
- Nắm bắt tốt các yêu cầu kỹ thuật trong môi trường Start-up-
- Có định hướng tiếp cận chủ động và dựa trên dữ liệu để giải quyết vấn đề; thích tìm hiểu các xu hướng và sử dụng thông tin chi tiết để cải thiện quy trình của mình giúp hiệu quả hơn.
