**Job Title**:HR Senior Executive

**Location**:Vietnam (HCM City, District 3)

**Reporting to**:Singapore HQ/ Head of HR

**Company’s Profile**:Tech start-up

**HR Job Responsibilities**:

- Implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support the payroll process by verifying calculation of salaries and ensuring timely payments.
- Assist with tax preparations and submissions in a timely manner.
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate databases such as personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management related field.
- Sound knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Advantage with Accounting background.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Positive attitude, integrity, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
