**A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION**

This role develops and implements Talent Acquisition strategies, sourcing and identifying diverse top talent in partnership with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR Partners, to fill vacant opportunities with the appropriate capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

You are responsible for accurate recruitment matrices, identifying opportunities to improve services, making recommendations, and implementing actions as appropriate and consistent with the goals of the HR team as well as Creatory.

**B, WHAT DO WE NEED?**

**Qualification**:

- College or Bachelor’s degree major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related fields.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or Headhunter/ Recruitment Consultant
- Experienced working in the Social Media, Marketing, or Advertising industry is a must

- Having creative factors to contribute for human resources strategies (attracting talents, organising employee engagement activities,...)
- Possess excellent communication (convince, negotiation,influencing)
- Listening and understanding, experience in handling problems in personnel.
- Fluent in English (both written and communication)

**C, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?**
- **Recruitment and Selection (60%)**
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
- Influence and drive the implementation of talent acquisition plans and strategies
- Maintain and manage a talent pipeline for current and future talent needs
- Maintain applicant tracking database for reporting purposes: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.
- **Business Partnering (30%)**
- Be a single point of contact for managers/employees in all HR-related topics, specially recruitment policies & procedures & best practices
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to better understand business units, managing staffing needs and issues, and offer ideas, solutions and tools
- Support Talent Development in performing learning needs, designing and facilitating learning experiences for business units
- **Employer Branding (10%)**
- Build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels such as Facebook or Linkedin
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external colleges, vendors, who might route talent to the organization or aid in TA processes
