This role is to ensure to translate precisely business strategy into analytics solution, deliver business insights across team accurately and timely, improve and keep track of important business indicators.

Job Responsibilities /
_Phạm vi công việc_
- Develop an effective business performance strategies and analytics solution for Agency Distribution channel with understanding of business needs and objectives.
- Xây dựng chiến lược kinh doanh hiệu quả và giải pháp phân tích cho Kênh phân phối đại lý với sự hiểu biết về nhu cầu và mục tiêu kinh doanh._
- Communicate and track key performance metrics (strategics KPI & MAPA) for Agency Distribution channel.
- Truyền đạt và theo dõi các chỉ số hiệu suất chính (chiến lược KPI & MAPA) cho kênh Phân phối đại lý._
- Áp dụng số liệu thống kê và mô hình dữ liệu để có được thông tin chi tiết / cơ hội có thể hành động về kinh doanh nhằm cải thiện tình hình kinh doanh và hỗ trợ các dự án / sáng kiến của đại lý._
- Generate reports of findings and present to senior management.
- Lập báo cáo về các phát hiện và trình bày cho quản lý cấp cao._
- Work with other stakeholders to provide/ advise performance review/ tracking solution to support different stakeholders/ projects/ initiatives within Agency Distribution
- Làm việc với các bên liên quan khác để cung cấp / tư vấn đánh giá hiệu suất / giải pháp theo dõi để hỗ trợ các bên liên quan / dự án / sáng kiến khác nhau trong Phân phối đại lý._
- Oversee & optimize analytics projects to extract, manage and analyze sales data for Agency channel including support for sales planning, strategy and planning as well as for business decision such as incentives, compensations, recruitment, marketing campaign,.
- Giám sát & tối ưu hóa các dự án phân tích để trích xuất, quản lý và phân tích dữ liệu bán hàng cho kênh Đại lý bao gồm hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch bán hàng, chiến lược và lập kế hoạch cũng như cho các quyết định kinh doanh như ưu đãi, lương thưởng, tuyển dụng, chiến dịch tiếp thị._

Job Requirements /
_Yêu cầu_

Qualification & Experience / Trình độ & Kinh nghiệm:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Bằng Cử nhân về Tài chính, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan._
- Master's Degree may be preferred.
- Có bằng Thạc sĩ là một lợi thế._
- 3 - 4 years experiences of working Business/System Analysis or Business Performance Management in Life insurance company or similar role is required.
- Có kinh nghiệm từ 3 - 4 năm làm việc ở vị trí Phân tích Hệ thống / Kinh doanh hoặc Quản lý Hiệu quả Kinh doanh trong công ty Bảo hiểm nhân thọ hoặc các vai trò tương tự._

- Good at communication and presentation skills.

- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và giao tiếp cá nhân mạnh mẽ._
- Proficient in business intelligence tools (SAS/ SQL/) and dashboards.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ thông minh nghiệp vụ (SAS / SQL / ) và bảng điều khiển._
