Sales System Development Manager

**SMOOTH SYSTEM OPERATION**

Lead all prevention and correction actions to ensure the system runs smooth with no un-expected interruption to the business. These actions could include but not limited to the below:

- Development and deployment of standard working process to all stakeholders
- Right resources to build capability for all stakeholders / users
- helpdesk solutions and execution
- Security and sustainability of system database
- Collaboration with IT vendor

**DEVELOPMENT OF NEW FUCNTIONS IN SYSTEM**

Lead working with IT vendor to develop new functions in IT as identified priority by sales leadership team:

- Alignment of new development and timeline with sales leadership team and IT vendor
- Delivery of “new functionality” as plan. Monitoring of execution and proposed adjusted plan if needed
- Coordinate deployment of smartphones as plan

**SYSTEM & REPORTING GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK**
- Frequently review and properly deploy relevant working processes to DSRs, Distributor admins, Sales team etc.,
- Manage all back-end system & data flow to make sure the back-bones is well defined

**REPORTING**
- Ensure 100% of reports are generated on time
