- Being able to explain components and features, and effects to convince customers.
- Finding and approaching new customers/partners through direct contact, word of mouth and cooperation with the marketing department.
- Attend activities to research and connect with potential customers.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure that they become loyal customers of the company.
- Research the market and competitors.
- Constantly learning, equipping the social skills and skills necessary to increase sales.
- Review customer feedback and make necessary changes.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
- Allowance: up to 5,000,000 VND, can become a permanent employee after 2 - 3 months;
- Working time: 9:00 - 18:00, from Monday to Friday
- Working place: ADG Building, 37 Le Van Thiem, Nhan Chinh, Thanh Xuan, HN
- Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/shift.
- Dynamic, friendly working environment.
- Here we can take care of lunch, sometimes snacks, and Happy Hour Weekly.
- The pantry is filled with food and drink. The large balcony area is suitable for chilling.
- Company trip 2 times per year and more.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- University degree in majors such as: Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar disciplines.
- At least 6 months of experience as a business development, Sales, marketing or similar positions.
- Able to communicate, express well and be ready to appear on camera.
- Proficient in office computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding business metrics.
- Having knowledge about Crypto, Blockchain or having the spirit to learn is a plus.
- English proficiency.
