**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the front desk, including greeting and directing visitors and handling phone calls
- Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining records, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support other departments as needed
- Possess qualities such as patience, empathy, and a willingness to support colleagues

**Skills**:

- Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Possess qualities such as patience, empathy, and a willingness to support colleagues.
