**Job description**:

- Identify and research potential local customers in Vietnam and partners for inbound and outbound services;
- Consult to local customers to set up Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Korea companies/ Partnership development with local agents for overseas cooperation;
- Develop local market for take-over cases, especially for FDI company.
- Develop and maintain high level business relationships with potential customers;
- Work with the rest of the team and other functions to develop, prepare, and present business proposals to targeted potential customers;
- Develop business plan and sales strategies to make sales;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Handle sales related matter i.e. collection of payment and follow up with potential client;
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
**Requirements**:

- Over 3 years of relevant experience at the same level in business development;
- Good management, interpersonal and team management skills;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Customer service, problem-solving and account management skills;
- Hands on PC skills and familiar with computerized accounting system;
- Must be initiative, independent and hard-working;
- Must handle MULTI task;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Proficiency in English languages;
