IDP has a demand to recruit the following position:
**IELTS Admin Officer**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Ensure and maintain the efficiency of IELTS Exams for both onsite and offsite tests.
- Manage and handle IELTS confidential materials under the tight compliance standards.
- Conduct and materials relating to other IELTS Products/Services such as IELTS Life skills, Enquiry on Results,
- Organise IELTS administrations.
- Assistance in other matters pertaining to IELTS and other examinations administration.
- Handle and follow up all the refund process.
- Regularly record, analyse and report with compliant templates/procedures on operational activities.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Experience - Minimum 2 year in Customer Care/Counselling/Administration (Ability to work in a busy operation environment offering high standards of Customer Care is a plus).
- **Experiences or having sense in handling computer/IT issues will be a plus**:

- Competent communication skills (in both Vietnamese and English - IELTS 6.0 or above)
- Integrity - being honest, confidential and ethical.
- Proficiency in using M.S Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail - being careful about details and thorough in completing tasks.
- Dependability - being reliable, responsible, multi-task, and handle tasks under high pressure.
