1. Am hiểu về các loại phòng của khách hàng, các địa điểm, tiện nghi, các tính năng và tất cả các dịch vụ khác được cung cấp bởi khách sạn.
Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities, features and all other services offered by the hotel.

2. Trả lời điện thoại theo tiêu chuẩn và nghi thức phù hợp (không để quá 3 hồi chuông).
Answer the phones according to the standards of proper etiquette and as fast as possible (no more than three rings).

3. Xử lý mail và tin nhắn hợp lý trên cơ sở bảo mật
Handle mail and messages properly and on a confidential basis.

4. Biết cách giữ các hộp đựng tiền trong an toàn
Know how to handle safe deposit boxes.

5. Đảm bảo rằng khu vực tiền sảnh và văn phòng sạch sẽ mọi lúc. Sử dụng thời gian nhàn rỗi để làm vệ sinh. Giữ sạch sẽ thiết bị máy tính mọi lúc.
Ensure the cleanliness of the front desk and back office area at all times. Utilize spare time for cleaning. Keep computer equipment clean at all times.

6. Hỗ trợ việc đăng ký phòng trước hoặc việc đặt phòng của khách hàng những lúc có thể.
Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

7. Kiểm tra khách trả phòng hiệu quả
Check guests out efficiently

8. Hỗ trợ việc đăng ký phòng trước và chặn phòng khi cần thiết
Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.

9. Tuân thủ việc xử lý tiền mặt theo quy định công ty, các khoản tín dụng, chính sách và quy trình kiểm tra tiền mặt.
Comply with unit cash handling, credit and check cashing policies and procedures.

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/ Cao đẳng /Trung cấp chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhà hàng Khách sạn/ BA or Diploma degree major in Hospitality.
- Kỹ năng đọc, viết và giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo/ Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt/ Excellent interpersonal skills.
