Key Account Executive

**DUTIES**:
- Implement sales activities per plan on the Key Accounts to achieve the sales target
- Follow-up & push the sales activities (in-out) at Key Accounts as assigned
- Negotiate long term contractual agreements with Key Account Retailers to gain competitive advantage both in terms of visibility and also in terms of business terms.
- Organize and monitor the implementation of elements of trade promotions (merchandisers / agency sales promotion). Define and implement Point of Sales (POS) tools and Subscribers Information on POS
- Coordinate with Marketing Department for development of promotions and marketing tools of Key Accounts. Coordinate with Regional Sales team do drive sales-out.
- Build relationship building and maintain excellent relations with key existing customers and develop business relations with new ones to promote opportunities for further and long-term business.
- Coordinate in recruiting, training & coaching the sales team in charge and its performance to meet the target and the current and long term needs of the department.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University graduated, major in Business school and management or Commercial
- 2 years of sales experiences in modern trade channel
- Sales experience in electronics/hi tech sector would be an advantage
- Strong skills of negotiation with buyers
- Strong digital marketing background and experience
- High sense of proposals. Sales-oriented mind
- Good planning and organization skills
- Owning customer is a must-have skill
