**Key Accountabilities**:

- ** Lead Generation and Management**:

- Create and spearhead outbound lead generation campaigns to identify strong potential prospects
- Understand the lead conversion cycle and sales funnel
- Set up lead management process to manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Ability to target the ideal shipper profile and segment the audience based on the stage of the funnel and communicate accordingly at scale
- ** Sales Development**:

- Develop new strategies for shipper development and retention activities
- Work with Sales Manager and regional counterparts in creating, implementing sales promotion and measuring results of campaigns, activities to generate sales volume
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to understand the ideal shipper profile and scale the business
- Support development of in country sales efforts by working alongside local and regional management, leading sales projects/program relating to research, improvements and analysis of the sales functions
- ** Other Key Areas**:

- Understand how the Ninja Van sales process works
- Roll out regional initiatives relating to acquisition, shipper development and shipper retention
- Understand the pain points faced by the prospects and have strong competitor knowledge
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience Required**:

- 3-5 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation and ideally a background in actual selling
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales management
- Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce CRM
- Experience in logistics is a plus
- Previous experience in Country and Regional office collaborates environment will be added advantage
- ** Education / Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- ** Skills**:

- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Strong command of English preferred
- Ability to critically evaluation information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, break down high-level information into details, chunk up low level information for the wider audience understanding
- High level of comfort with data analysis and interpretation
