The Opportunity:
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide timely response to customers in areas of product information, outpatient / inpatient services, claims, premium payment and policy termination
- Process customer instructions / request
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaint
- May reach out to customers whose policies have lapsed in an attempt to retain them

**Requirements**:

- Education: University graduate
- Experience: 2+ years working experience in life Insurance or customer service
- Good communication skills, basic English
- Faithful, honest, good in problem solving skill, team-work spirit, proactive.
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet
