Building and developing a customer network and business policy for the pet food industry
- Develop short-term and medium-term business strategies in line with the company's strategy in 3-5 years.
- Coordinate with Departments (Quality, Engineering and Production) to have a product strategy suitable to the current market situation, build sales development strategy and future development orientation,
- Implement work to achieve business goals. (Month, quarter, year,..)
- Build sales development strategy through e-commerce channel, dealers, clinics
- Develop, achieve business goals (output, revenue) and profit for the company.
- Handling complaints from customers and partners.
- Provide constructive resolution of all customer complaints related to sales and products.
- Coordinating with the Board of Directors to develop HR strategy for the Sales Department.
- Build a strong and professional business team.
- Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary or Biology, Business Administration
- At least 03 years of experience in business management and operation in the Pet Food Industry prefer.
- Understanding business practices
- Understand business operations in the pet food sector
- Extensive knowledge in the field of business
- Have a wide knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, trading marketing
