- Xác lập các chỉ tiêu tuyển dụng hàng tháng/quý dựa trên chỉ tiêu nhân sự và các dự kiến thay đổi nhân sự khu vực
- Lập kế hoạch và đề xuất chiến lược nhân sự (chính sách tuyển dụng, phát triển nguồn lực,,...) đáp ứng nhu cầu thay đổi theo tình hình thực tế
- Truyền thông, hướng dẫn và phân tích các chính sách từ công ty xuống nhân sự phía dưới.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề nhân sự phát sinh (nghỉ việc hàng loạt, đình công,...)
- Cầu nối giữa bộ phận vận hàng với các phòng ban khác trong công ty, với ban giám đốc.

**B. YÊU CẦU**:

- Độ tuổi: 25-28 tuổi (ưu tiên)
- Khu vực: Bình Dương, Bình Thuận, Ninh Thuận hoặc các khu vực lân cận

1. KIẾN THỨC:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên các ngành luật, kinh tế, quản trị nguồn nhân lực, quản trị kinh doanh,...
- Có nền tảng về luật lao động, bảo hiểm xã hội,..

2. THÁI ĐỘ:

- Tinh thần trách nhiệm, không ngại khó, sẵn sàng di chuyển công tác
- Tinh thần “CAN DO” và hướng đến kết quả (Result Oriented)
- Tư duy “Customer Service”
- Định hướng phát triển HRBP, không ngại thử thách để hoàn thành mục tiêu

3. KỸ NĂNG:

- Kỹ năng tuyển dụng tốt (tuyển mass nhóm LĐPT, back office,...)
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý công việc
- Xử lí tình huống tốt
- Kỹ năng lập và phân tích báo cáo
- Kỹ năng tự học và đổi mới trong mọi hoạt động
- Tư duy phản biện
- Tin học văn phòng (sử dụng excel, ggsheet, slide tốt)
- Kỹ năng leadership mức khá

4. KINH NGHIỆM:

- Ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc chính về HRBP hoặc mảng tuyển dụng, đào tạo tại các doanh nghiệp có qui mô từ 1000 nhân sự trở lên.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý team quy mô 2-3 thành viên

- Thu nhập: lương cơ bản + KPI (13.000.000 - 15.000.000 VNĐ/tháng), review lương 1 lần/năm
