1. Learning & Development Management
- Carry out and support capability and training needs assessments (TNA) to identify key skills gaps, competencies, and development opportunities.
- Proactively involve in annual budget planning cycle; translate Corporate business strategy and L&D strategy into training needs, based on that, develop L&D plan and propose training budget which supports our business and organization needs.
- Manage Learning & Development plan and activities to ensure training effectiveness which includes executing the approved training plan in strong collaboration with local HRBPs and Group/Regional L&D, preparing training logistics, controlling training budget, following up training progress, training data recording and reporting; frequently update and get the advice of Head of L&D Asia & Vietnam when necessary.
- Do training evaluation and vendor assessment and management to ensure the effectiveness of the training quality and continuous improvement.
- Be able to train or guide Talent Management process/guidelines to relevant stakeholders.
- Result:

- Play a proactive role in ensuring Learning & Development plan and activities with approved budget being executed well under control rather than supporter role for Head of L&D Asia & Vietnam
- Promote learning culture within De Heus

2. L&D support for Asia Support Center and Asia Management

Support Head of L&D Asia & Vietnam for all onboarding and execute development plans of Asia Support Center within approved budget
- Result:

- Ensure the Learning & Development plan and activities for Asia Support Center and Asia Management team being executed well within approved budget

3. Drive L&D initiatives
- Be able to propose learning initiatives, design programs to support organizational and Company needs.
- Frequently have communication in terms of L&D programs and activities posted on De Heus’ channels to promote learning culture.
- Result:

- Learning initiatives and branding are aligned with Corporate business strategy and L&D strategy to be implemented well.

4. Organizational & Personal Development
- Support Head of L&D Asia &Vietnam in evaluating organisational development needs and design effective and innovative learning solutions
- Provide support and guidance to managers or HRBPs to develop team members by implementing individual development action plans (IDAPs) and align to the annual training plan and budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including working closely with internal stakeholders, local/group HR and external consultants.
- Support to monitor how effectively learning has been transferred to the job by working closely with HRBPs and Managers, measuring the impact on the overall organisation such as client experience, targets, strategic focus and employee engagement surveys
- Result:

- Enhance employees’ competencies; develop and support the development plan to prepare talent pipeline from within
- Ensure the translation of organizational & personal development to L&D plan and operation is captured and goes smoothly.

5. Project/ System
- Remain an active contributor of L&D network within De Heus
- Be an expert in monitoring and managing the systems in scope
- Do the review and make any adjustments on current training policy and templates if necessary
- Participate in L&D projects when assigned.
- Results:

- Lead or proactively take project assignments and deliver on time as expected.
- Act as a matter expert related to L&D systems
- Training policy and templates are reviewed and revised on a frequent basis when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent.

EXPERIENCES:

- At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development role in a matrix organization

COMPETENCIES:

- See below

LANGUAGES:

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in working with various stakeholders and L&D projects.
- Facilitation skill is not a must but an advantage.

- oriented; be able to handle multi-tasks with good organising and prioritizing skills.
