Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

1. Improve TikTok users’ search experience by determining their search needs through query and tools, and subsequently to sort it out by classification of requirements.
2. Undergo weekly and bi-monthly search quality assessments to ensure current practice is in accordance with evaluation standard documents.
3. Review the types of bad search cases and rate the quality of the results.
4. Provide ideal search labelling results and suggestions for policy improvement.

**Qualifications**:
1. Diploma/Degree in any related field.
2. Preferable of at least 1 year of exposure to search engine optimization, search labelling or any other search related business experiences.
Familiarity with search engines and algorithms of any social media platform would be a plus point.
4. Good English, both written and conversational.
5. An in-depth understanding of western culture and familiarity with the internet usage habits of their users.
6. Comfortable with and understand that the job requires reviewing internet content that may be deemed inappropriate and / or contain explicit materials.
7. Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
8. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
