**About the Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, organize and implement accounting operations and objectives; coordinate and integrate all activities toward achievement of established goals and objectives
- Ensure Group accounting records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Perform highly complex accounting work according to generally accepted accounting principles, established procedures and regulatory requirements applicable to the work
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
- Set up accounting policies and procedures and the workflow of F&A department
- Make and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Responsibility for preparing budget and forecast activities
- Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
- Responsibility for preparing and analyzing the financial statement /reporting pack/dashboard for forecast, flash report and month end result submission as deadline.
- Work consultatively with respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
**About you**;
- B.A. degree in Accounting/Auditing (CPA, ACCA, CIMA is a plus)
- More than 2 years’ experiences in Audit (Prefer Big 4)
- Good knowledge of taxes, consolidation
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, finance principles and financial reporting
- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations on finances and taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (macro, SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Advanced English language proficiency as well as local language
