**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develops & delivers zonal strategies for MR segment taking into account local competitive approaches, & local market dynamics.
- Develops and manages regional collaboration and reference sites for the MR modality. Owns the relationship with KOL of their segment in the Region
- Owns share growth, order, sales, margin and go-to-market strategy, including, product positioning, catalog activation, driving optimized configuration, pricing, training, pilot site support, adopting to market needs
- Works closely with regional MR team to mobilize required support from upstream to address zonal SBU requirements
- Provides comprehensive and continuous sales training and collects detailed competitive intelligence information for effective objection handling and DADD
- Delivers high quality customer presentations that support the MR segment’s value propositions
- MR product and technical support to the region, working closely with Sales Managers, local Sales teams, Application team and Channel partners
- Commercial strategy, product-positioning, pricing and configuration, answering and adapting to market needs and company strategy
- Advise and infuelnce MR tender technical specs by consulting hospital Medical Physicist, Radiologist / Radiographer, BME etc.
- Provide commercial teams with competitive intel/analysis (strength/weaknesses) and create defend/push collaters
- Break into academic & strategic accounts by demonstraiting technology leadership in GE MR
- Break into academic & strategic accounts by leveraging research and clinical road shows, workshops, education programs etc
- Works closely with the Clinical Marketing and Education team to generate relevant clinical / operations / financial evidence and education strategy & program for the zone
- Own and drive required product regulatory approvals working closely with RA across zone

**Qualifications**
- Degree with minimum 5 years experience as MR product leader or related experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
