Retention Manager

The Retention Manager is one who mainly analyzes customer behavior and gathers information on customer complaints, feedback and satisfaction. He/she must have aggressiveness in creating retention strategies based on customers’ feedback. They assist higher management in developing reasonable sales goals/target, activities of acquiring customers and collaborate with marketing and sales team to strategies customer and marketing approaches.
**Responsibilities**
- Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback
- Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business
- Strategically develop customer’s retention promotions/rewards and VIPs
- Communicating with customers and sales representative
- Analyzing customer behavior (complaints, feedbacks/comments, satisfactions)
- Gathering information about customer complaints (HOWs, WHYs) and formulate resolutions
- Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions
- Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
- Building positive relationship with customers and business associates.
**Qualifications**
- Any Nationality
- With Diploma/Certificate, or bachelor degree in economics, sales, marketing or related field
- Min 3 years experiences in Customer Service, Sales and Retention, or Sales and Marketing
- Good communication skills (English)
- Proven experience in leading and supervising Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Highly motivated and determined
- Perform team work in sales oriented environments
- Excellent skills In Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, etc. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems and communication tools; Whatsapp, telegram, social media messengers and sms
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- **Experience or background in Online Gaming Industry and Crypto Currencies is an advantage
