**Your role at Exness**:
You will join our client-facing department focused on the retention of existing Mass Retail accounts through a value-driven relationship-based approach. Managing 5 to 7 colleagues, you will take ownership of the delivery against collective and individual KPI targets. To do so, you will need to coach, mentor, and supervise team members following best practices and Exness values. You will lead by example and actively contribute to the team's overall success—you will maintain an individual contribution of 60% of the retail account managers' KPI target. You can begin working remotely from your home city or any other location and relocate to Southeast Asia after the first 2 or 3 months.

**You will**:

- Meet and exceed team KPI targets and business objectives.
- Manage team members' performance and conduct quality management.
- Develop and supervise the team members to ensure that they are able to perform well in their role and conform with Exness values and policies.
- Motivate and retain team members by providing a personal development plan and clear direction.
- Communicate sales strategy at the team level.
- Provide regular and ad hoc updates to the Management team on the health of the sales pipeline.
- Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for our products and services.
- Develop a professional and trusting relationship with an active portfolio of clients, keeping them up to date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
- Research sources for developing prospects and for information to determine customers' potential.
- Discuss issues with customers, heeding to customer's needs and concerns to offer the best solutions and alternatives to customers.

**What we expect from you**:

- Current member of the CIB Retail team
- At least 1 year of experience as a retail account manager in CIB Function at Exness
- At least 2 years of total experience (internal and external)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask with attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Capacity to work in a team and individually when needed
- Interest in global financial markets and trading technology
- Proven record of successful sales performance and team leadership
