- Develop training materials and directly train: skills and expertise for the department's personnel.
- Consulting for BOD on product development strategy, market development, customer development, and business strategy.
- Market research and competition analysis. Set up monthly/quarterly/yearly marketing plans
- Make a brand management master plan
- Directly participate in developing the overall marketing strategy and plan of the company and the brand, budget and human resources.
- Allocate and support brand managers to build plans and budgets for brands.
- Risk management, communication crisis management: Analysis, consulting, risk warning, communication crisis when implementing the Marketing plan and remedial solutions to handle risks (if any) ).
- Consulting on building sales policy, customer care, after-sales... overall and in detail.
- Foresee market trends to advise and propose BOD to direct marketing activities of enterprises.
- Participating in company brand management, developing and positioning the company's brand and brand
- Coordinate with departments so that business activities in general and Marketing in particular can take place smoothly and with the best results.
- Monitor risk warnings when implementing Marketing plans, propose solutions and handle risks (if any).
- Responsible for detecting, forecasting and handling communication crises with brands and other brands of the Company.
- Responsible for P&L, revenue commitment, the ratio of advertising expenses to revenue, costs contributed by marketing to the total cost of the company.
- Building a network of partners, agencies...
- Periodic report to BOD
- Build, maintain and develop relationships with strategic partners.
- Coordinating with departments in the Company to carry out internal PR work, promoting the development of corporate culture.

**Job Requirements**:

- Background in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, and Pharmaceuticals.
- Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical industry and E-commerce

Having intensive knowledge and experience of market research methods, data analysis
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Experience in building marketing mix strategies (branding, branding, distribution,...)
- Must have working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with priority given to traditional medicines and e-commerce platforms.
