BCG's Marketing, Sales & Pricing Practice (MSP) works with leading companies that choose to embrace revolutionary opportunities to redefine the future of customer demand & innovation, marketing, pricing, sales, and customer experience. 2020 has accelerated shifts in customer behaviour; traditional go-to-market approaches are rapidly becoming obsolete. Our teams are helping clients adapt to these changes with everything from demand sensing, accelerating online sales, improving multichannel experiences, and redefining pricing strategy by industry. The MSP has leaned into the challenges facing today’s rapidly evolving world and is positioned to help your client succeed.
**What You'll Do**:
- Digital marketing and growth strategy
- New Digital marketing technology
- Customer acquisition and growth programs
This role will provide you with the opportunity for fast-tracked professional development through access to BCG’s global network of experts and intellectual property, best practice learning and development, and some of the world’s leading organisations as clients.
**What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)**:
- Possess a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a leading professional services company in a relevant analytical or strategic role around Digital Marketing
- Play a leading role in the growth of Digital Marketing work through case execution, business development, intellectual property creation and internal capability building
- Identify, win, and support delivery of Digital Marketing related projects/ programs with clients predominately in the consumer and banking sector in Southeast Asia, with the potential to support client teams in Asia Pacific and other regions.
- Establish and maintain senior client relationships
- Be a visible part of firm's Digital Marketing agenda through activities such as thought leadership and networking events
- Developing knowledge, capabilities, and intellectual property
- Build internal affiliation and capability on Digital Marketing specifically and Marketing, Sales & Pricing generally
- Build connections to regional and global Digital Marketing experts
