**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 4 - 10 triệu VNĐ)
- Lên Action plan và chịu trách nhiệm về việc triển khai Action plan đảm bảo timeline và chất lượng.
- Nắm bắt được insight khách hàng, từ đó xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với khách hàng, hiểu nhu cầu và mục tiêu của khách hàng, tư vấn và tiến hành hoạt động upsale/presale dịch vụ khách với khách hàng.
- Triển khai các hợp đồng được giao. Phân tích yêu cầu triển khai, tìm hiểu kỹ về mục tiêu của KH, nắm được thông tin sơ bộ về ngân sách, cam kết KPI, liên hệ với KH trao đổi chuẩn bị/thực hiện/báo cáo/tư vấn tối ưu quảng cáo trong suốt thời gian của hợp đồng
- Điều phối bộ phận liên quan (Kỹ thuật, thiết kế, sản phẩm, chiến lược, Social...) & thực thi trong thời gian thực hiện dự án theo kế hoạch.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Kinh tế, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến lĩnh vực Digital Marketing hoặc vị trí Account Digital Marketing (Senior Account, Senior Business Development ở Agency), kinh nghiệm 6 tháng đến 1 năm trong Agency
- Có kỹ năng quản lý dự án, tiến độ. Có khả năng và hứng thú với các công việc chi tiết, quan sát tiểu tiết là một lợi thế.
- Kinh nghiệm Planning và quản trị các dự án (Media ads, Social, Booking)
