In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the monetization efforts of our company by assisting in setting, tracking, and maintaining Ads revenue and other Monetization metrics on a daily basis. You will also play a role in driving advertising revenue growth through various tasks, including running A/B tests to optimize the waterfall and resolving ad-hoc and data-related issues.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in setting, tracking, and maintaining Ads revenue and other Monetization metrics on a daily basis.
- Work closely with the team to learn and implement strategies to drive advertising revenue growth.
- Gain hands-on experience by running A/B tests to optimize the waterfall and improve revenue performance.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve ad-hoc and data-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Actively engage with our games and competitor games to identify new opportunities for ad revenue growth.
- Conduct research on the games industry, advertising trends, and monetization solutions and report the findings to the team

**Yêu cầu**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and completed the third year, seeking an internship opportunity OR
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree, prefer in Marketing or Finance major.
- Having data-driven mindset, critical thinking, and solid sense of work ownership.
- Good communication skills, both in verbal and written, in English.
- Nice to have:

- Prior experience in Ad Monetization of Mobile Games.
- Passion for the gaming and advertising industry.
- Good drive for excellence and self-awareness.
