- Driving, training, managing, supervising, coaching sales teams (appraise staff performance, terminate Sales staffs)
- Plan, organize, manage and direct all sales activities for regional market
- Recommend & develop strategies, policies, system of Sales and building distribution system (appoint & terminate)
- Analyse market trend, competitors and provide leadership to develop and motivate Marketing to achieve the highest level of productivity and efficacy in sales
- Evaluate employee performance and suggest firing sales people
- Other tasks assigned by Sales Director.

**Requirement**:

- Male, under 35 years old
- Graduate from university
- Having at least 2 years of working experience in FMCG industry
- Good at English
