Job Requirements

1. Manage the DMTM channel to deliver the assigned business targets and other related KPIs:

- Be responsible to build and develop the DMTM team at all levels to ensure the sales force including TMR, DMO and their supervisors, leaders, managers being fulfilled with full required capabilities in order to perform the business targets.
- Manage the efficiency of the channel, be responsible of planning and monitoring all sales and support activities as well as cost related initiatives to run the DMTM effectively
- Engage with partners and other stakeholders in the industry to maintain relationship and extend your network for business requirement
- Actively engage and support all PD channels as a senior member of PD management

2. Manage the DMTM in all sales activation activities in order to provide fair and comfortable working environment for the entire channel:

- Lead the initiatives to promote and enhance the company core value and division core value via diversified activities with the sales team and sales management team
- Be responsible of developing key skill set for each level and building up a succession plan at all critical levels within DMTM

3. Lead the entire process and execution for any improvement of the channel:

- Coordinate with partner to provide needed information
- Provide and collect documents from partners and follow up with the current processes
- Drafting, signing off and issuing procedures within authorization
- Keep and store all related documents and paperwork
- Work closely with FHs, DHs to ensure all targets set are met

Work Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of intensive experience in life insurance with specific scope on hybrid telesales, sales management and direct marketing
- Excellent process and project management skill
- Experience working in an agile with cross-functional teams and senior levels
- Take ownership of your work and continuously strive for improvement
- Working under high pressure
- Integrity, think big, responsibility, obsess about customers
- Excellent in communication, presentation skill
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
- Proficiency in MS Office
