Job Requirements

Strategy Formulation
- Be responsible for regular and ad hoc analytics that provide timely insights and valuable benchmarking, for the purpose of providing the executive team across the business with strategic options and recommendations, to address strategic issues, identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans to realize those opportunities.

Strategy Reporting and Communication
- Be responsible for regular and ad hoc strategy and business reports, such as market intelligent reports (to provide the executive team across the business with a current perspective on market and competitor performance, innovations, trends), management presentation slides (for management meetings, strategy meetings), etc.
- Crafting presentation/ messages delivered by the executive team for effective communication about company strategy, targets, and initiatives to employees/ sales forces/ other stakeholders.
- Facilitate the regular and ad hoc meetings to review performance and to adjust the strategy and its execution, take meeting notes and follow up on action plans to ensure that the plans are properly carried out by the person in charge.

Strategic Initiative/Project Management
- Participate or take the role of PM to manage strategic initiatives/projects that cross departments and functional lines, to make sure that these initiatives/projects get the resources/attention they need and are properly carried out as plan.

Planning and Budgeting
- Play a consultative and integrative role with the respective functional departments in annual planning and budgeting process.

Other tasks as delegated by the Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Project Management or the Country President.
