**Role Responsibilities**

To assist CEO to day-to-day run bank smoothly

**Secretaries**
- Manage CEO’s schedule - Arrange agendas, meetings, trips, etc.; regularly update schedules; meeting reminders
- Understanding of SCB systems - Travel & Expense, eProcurement, One IT, G&E
- Review all documents before obtaining CEO’s approval/sign off
- Maintain executive files - correspondence files, document files, personal office files
- Coordinate with CABM for townhall, bank’s events

**Executive Assistance**
- Ensure daily flow of information from CEO office, make sure the discipline is totally controlled and advised
- Manage workflow and communications with appropriate individuals internally and externally
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with senior contributors in organization. This will include appropriate handling of confidential and non-confidential information
- Working closely with Exco/business heads and CEO’s BPM
- Support BPM with relevant projects if required
- Company seal support/back up to CoSec
- Lead coordinator for the PAs if and when required.
- Lead coordinator for regional travel with overseas PA for major documents and direction

**Governance**
- Check and ensure all documents that go through CEO office are in compliance and under Group Code of Conduct

**Key measurable**
- Good administrative & organisational skills
- Efficient secretariat support to CEO
- Smooth flow of communication/ correspondences
- Maintaining robust controls and monitoring actions
- Cascade and live the Bank’s Values
- Undertake special projects / assignment where necessary
- Self-motivated to work with minimum supervision
- Understanding of policies and procedures
