**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our client international travel company. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships in the designated region. Your expertise in inbound travel, exceptional sales skills, and fluency in English will be vital in expanding our customer base, achieving revenue targets, and promoting our exceptional travel experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and prospect new clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized travel solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the inbound travel industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Attend travel industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build industry connections.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 8+ years in sales, preferably in the inbound travel industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the travel industry and a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach to understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international clients and partners.
- Knowledge of inbound travel operations, including destination management, tour planning, and logistics.
- Familiarity with travel industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
- Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as required.
